Free over $75 locally — by Toronto-area next-day delivery, same deal as everything else — and in-store pickup is always free. Shipped across Canada, frozen is free over $400 (insulated boxes and ice packs cost more to mail far).
Why the fee?
We're a small local shop, and getting frozen food to your door still-frozen genuinely costs us — insulation, ice packs, and packing each order by hand the day it ships. This covers that packaging, nothing more. Waived for pickup and same-day / next-day local delivery.
