Shipping policy

STORE PICKUP - 570 Parliament street

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, 1030am - 7pm, Saturday 11am - 6pm and Sunday 12pm - 6pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders are generally sent out within 24 hours or less. A flat rate of 15$ for delivery is applied to the order for customers within 5km, and 20$ within 10km. 

CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, these costs are not always accurate and cost of shipping may be subject to extra costs(especially for heavy products). We will contact you if that is the case to request the additional costs before shipping. 

Orders that contain perishable items are only sent out between Monday-Wednesday.

To ship live animals we use a different service, please contact us if you wish to purchase an animal and have it shipped to you.
