This kangaroo bone (aka Bone-A-Roo) is the femur. It is a great alternative to beef bones for dogs with allergies.  This is a common item recommended by veterinarians. It is approximately 11″ (27.5cm) long and is shrinkwrapped with Nature’s Own full colour UPC label. The Nature’s own Kangaroo Bone (Femur) Chew product is NOT COOKED, only slowly dried. Slow Drying at 90 degrees celsius for over 10 hours reduces the moisture content, and keeping the natural chew fresh and locking in all of its flavours.  This is a single ingredient dog chew with no added preservatives to extend its shelf life. That means no sodium and no nitrates.
